I architect the AI that runs revenue. And the systems underneath.

Ten years of carrying quota, owning retention, and rebuilding CRM infrastructure from zero. At GotPhoto I took forecast accuracy from 40% to 92% in ninety days. At CharterUP I helped grow ARR from $70M to $250M. For Rev-Anew clients I take four-person teams down to one operator plus software in sixty days. $145K saved year one. Three-month ROI.

EQT (PE-backed)
RevOps, from zero

Forecast accuracy went from 40% to 92% in ninety days. It held for multiple quarters.

EQT portfolio company. Built the Revenue Operations function from the ground up for a B2B SaaS org, partnering 1:1 with EQT consultants on retention and growth initiatives throughout. Rebuilt HubSpot from scratch, layered in SQL and Looker reporting, implemented Gong for conversation intelligence, and shipped a predictive ML churn model that cut attrition by 30%.

Dates

Context
Tritium Partners
Broker model → marketplace

ARR grew from $70M to $250M. The supplier network I built is still operational two years after I left.

Led the operational transformation from a manual broker model to an automated marketplace. Owned supply-side revenue operations, onboarding, compliance, analytics, and executive reporting. Built a team of four (two onboarding, two compliance) that still runs today. Reporting frameworks I designed were adopted into Tritium's investment thesis.

Context
B2B SaaS & services clients ($5M–$30M ARR)
Four people, one operator, sixty days

I built the automation that took a four-person team down to one. $145K saved annually. Three-month ROI.

Sixty-day sprint: architected an AI-powered workflow that reduced a four-person team to one operator plus software, and scales to support fifty agents on that same one operator. For a law firm client I deployed agentic lead routing that lifted inbound conversion 19% with zero missed calls and paid back before the month was over.

§ 02 / About
A note from the author

Most people use AI.
I architect the systems around it.

I 've spent a decade inside revenue organizations at every angle. I've sat in every seat, so I know exactly what drives each role, what breaks it, and which tools reps actually use. That's operational empathy you can't fake. I carried a quota at CharterUP and closed $3.5M in six months as a Mid-Market AE. I owned retention at Vonage and Curo. I led end-to-end CRM implementations at Atcore. I rebuilt HubSpot from scratch at GotPhoto while running a 12-rep Sales and Customer Success org.

The thread across all of it is infrastructure. Pipeline doesn't move without the systems underneath it, and the systems don't hold unless someone who has sat in the seat designs them. That's what I do.

Lately that work has shifted. In 2025 I built an internal AI automation in sixty days that took a four-person team down to one operator plus software. Three-month ROI, $145K a year in savings, and the model scales: that same one operator supports the clerical workload of fifty agents.

“The companies winning the next cycle won't be the ones that bolt AI onto a broken revenue engine. They'll be the ones who rebuild the engine around it.”

I'm based in Atlanta and looking for the right startup. Open to Head of RevOps, VP, or individual contributor. Fit matters more than title; the right pay, culture, and location are what I'm optimizing for. In parallel I run Rev-Anew, where I take on two to three RevOps transformations a year for companies that need a RevOps leader who also ships software.

§ 03 / Consulting
Rev-Anew, LLC

A small practice, two to three clients a year.

I take on two to three RevOps transformations a year for B2B SaaS and services companies between $5M and $75M ARR. The work is hands-on: I build what I recommend, and I leave the infrastructure running after I'm gone.

i.

RevOps audit & rebuild

A ninety-day engagement that ends with forecast accuracy above 90%, a CRM your reps will actually use, and a reporting layer your investors will trust.

ii.

AI automation build

Sixty-day sprints that replace manual back-office work with software. Built, trained, and handed off. You own the stack.

iii.

Fractional leadership

For companies between a first RevOps hire and a full team. I sit in the seat two days a week and leave the org stronger than I found it.
